Rust-Copper Banarasi Brocade Moonga Silk Unstitched Suit Set
Inspired by the warmth of burnished copper, Tāmrika showcases the beauty of traditional Banarasi weaving. Crafted in Moonga silk, the ensemble features intricate gold-toned brocade patterns, delicate floral motifs and detailed borders. The dupatta brings together dual shades of rust-copper and wine-red, creating a striking three-dimensional effect that adds depth to the weave. Finished with multicoloured tassels, it complements the understated charm of the ensemble.
A timeless choice for festive gatherings and special occasions.
Banarasi is a silk weaving tradition rooted in Varanasi. On the handloom, zari and silk are woven together, so each motif is built into the cloth thread by thread rather than printed on it.
Dry clean only. Store folded, away from damp and direct sunlight. Refold along new lines from time to time to rest the zari.
We ship across India. Delivery usually takes around 7 days, and every piece is handled with care.
Each piece is handwoven and one of a kind, so we do not offer returns or exchanges. If anything is not right when your order arrives, write to us at hello@houseofvanika.com or on WhatsApp at +91 81303 07969.
Small irregularities in the weave are the mark of the hand, not flaws. Colours may vary slightly between screen and cloth.
